not received copy of application under O 8 R 10 CPC. Ld.
Counsel for the plaintiff objects to the submission and states that
copy has already been supplied on the last date itself.
To end the controversy, the plaintiff is directed to
supply a copy to the defendant by Whatsapp right now. Copy
supplied.

On perusal of the case file, it is observed that the
WS was filed on 25.07.2024 which is well within stipulated time
mentioned in CPC.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits
that he wishes to withdraw the application.

In view of the submissions, the applications stands
disposed off as withdrawn.
Pleadings are complete. The following issues
emerge from the pleadings:
Issue no. 1: Whether the plaintiff is entitled to a
decree of recovery in the sum of Rs. 1.50 Lakhs alongwith
interest as prayed for in prayer clause of the plaint? OPP.
Issue no. 2: Relief.
No other issue is made out or pressed upon.
Parties are directed to file list of witnesses within 15
days from today. Plaintiff is directed to file affidavit in evidence
and supply advance copy of the same to the defendants at least a
week prior to NDOH.
To come up for PE on 19.08.2025.
