Present suit has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff for permanent
and mandatory against the defendants no.1 and 2.
In terms of last Order, dated 12.10.2023, status report has been filed
in the present case on behalf of defendant no.2 / MCD in the present case. Said
status report is taken on record. Let copy of said status report be supplied by
Counsel for defendant no.2 to Counsel for defendant no.1 as well as to the
Counsel for the plaintiff today itself.
Further, an application U/o 7 rule 11 CPC has been moved on
behalf of the defendant No.1 in the present case.
Counsel for the plaintiff is at liberty to file reply, if any, to the said
application of the defendant no.1 positively by the NDOH.
Now, put up for filing of reply to the application of defendant no.1 /
further proceedigs on 01.04.2024.
