Present: Sh. Lokesh Verma, Ld. Counsel for DH alongwith DH.
Heard. Perusal of the file shows that JD is a resident of
Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and he has no property within the local limits
of this Court. Therefore, the transfer certificate as per Order XXI Rule 6
CPC be issued with respect to the decree as to file the same before the
Court where the JD resides or personally works for gain, after issuance
of the transfer certificate.
Affidavit of 'no stay' 'no appeal' not filed. Same be filed
before Transferee Court.
File be consigned to Record Room after due compliance
as per law.
