the premises who informed the bailiff that the JD does not reside

has been paid towards the decreetal amount by the JD till date.
In view of the report and the submission of the DH,
it appears that the JD is willfully avoiding payment of the
decreetal amount and is procrastinating the matter.
In such circumstances, issue warrants of arrest
against the JD subject to filing of affidavit of no stay, depositing
subsistence allowance and taking steps by the DH, to be executed
through the SHO concerned, returnable for NDOH. The DH is
