It is submitted by Ld. counsels for both the parties submit that they
do not want to admit or deny any of the documents and Ld. counsels for both the
parties submit that issues may be framed in the present suit since the pleadings
are complete.
From the pleadings of the parties and the material on record, the
following issues are framed in the present suit:-
1. Whether the suit of the plaintiff is not maintainable ? OPD
2. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to recovery of Rs. 1,81,450/-
alongwith interest, as prayed for ? OPP
3. Relief

Put up for PE for 13.12.2024.
List of witnesses be filed within 15 days from today, with advance
copy to the opposite side. Advance copy of the evidence affidavits be supplied to
