Ld. Counsel for the defendant no.3 alongwith AR/SSO of defendant
no.3 in person.
On the last date of hearing, it was observed as per the submissions
made by Ld. Counsel for defendant no.3/ESIC that the deceased was not cov-
ered under the provisions of the ESIC Act at the time of his death and the said
fact was revealed from reply dated 21.04.2023 given by the ESIC to the LRs of
the deceased.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for defendant no.2/Eco Pollutech Engi-
neering Co. has submitted before the Court that the deceased was duly covered
under the ESIC Act at the time of his death and he has requested for one oppor-
tunity to file the complete documents of the deceased Ravinder Kumar Kanojia
for consideration of the Court on the NDOH.
Said request is allowed. Let steps be taken in this regard by the Ld.
Counsel for defendant no.2 positively by the NDOH.
Further, be awaited for the appearance of the plaintiff/petitioner on
the NDOH i.e. 06.05.2024.
