Copy of replication of the plaintiff has been supplied to the Ld.
counsel for both the defendant.
From the pleadings of the parties and the material on record,
the following issues are framed in the present suit:-
1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for decree of declaration of
declaring relinquishment deed dated 25.07.2023 as null and void
as prayed in clause (a)? OPP
2. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for decree of permanent injunction
as per prayer clause (b) as prayed for ? OPP
3. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for mandatory injunction against
defendant for executing relinquishment deed in favour of plaintiff
as prayed in prayer clause (a)? OPP
4. Relief.
No other issue arises or is pressed for.
Put up for PE for 29.07.2026.
List of witnesses be filed within 15 days from today, with advance copy to the
opposite side. Advance copy of the evidence affidavits be supplied to the
opposite side atleast two weeks before the next date.
