defendant is pending consideration. Reply filed by the plaintiff to the said
application is taken on record. Copy is stated to have already been supplied
on the Whatsapp of the ld. Counsel for defendant.
At this stage, ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has moved an
application under Order XII Rule 6 CPC. Copy is stated to have already been
supplied on Whatsapp of the ld. Counsel for defendant.
Physical Copy of the reply as well as the application under
Order XII Rule 6 CPC is also supplied to the brother of the defendant present
in court.
Brother of defendant seeks an adjournment on behalf of the
defendant on the ground that the counsel is unavailable today. It is made
clear that the no adjournment shall be granted to the defendant on the next
date.
Reply to the application filed under Order XII Rule 6 CPC be
filed within the next three weeks with an advance copy to the ld. Counsel for
the plaintiff. List for arguments on pending applications on 26.03.2025.
As the plaintiff is a senior citizen, no adjournment shall be
granted on the NDOH.
