From the pleadings of the parties and the material on record,
the following issues are framed in the present suit:
1. Whether the suit of the plaintiff is barred by Section 50 of DRC
Act ? OPD
2. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to decree of recovery of arrears of
rent @ Rs. 7000/ per month from 13.08.2024 to 14.03.2025 as
prayed for ? OPP
3. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for recovery of possession of the
suit property as prayed for ? OPP
4. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for mesne profits @ Rs 20,000/
per month from 15.03.2025 as prayed for ? OPP
5. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to decree of permanent injunction
as prayed for ? OPP
