As per report of service, defendant no. 1 was served on 06.04.2023. Defendant
no. 2, 3 and 6 were served on 03.04.2023. Defendant no. 4 and 5 were served on
12.04.2023. WS was filed on behalf of defendant no. 1 on 29.04.2023.
Ld. counsel for the plaintiff has submitted that plaintiff has not yet received
any documents annexed with the WS. Ld. counsel for the defendant no.1 has submitted that
she will supply copy of the same to the Ld. counsel for the plaintiff today itself against
receiving.
WS filed on behalf of defendant no. 2 and 3. WS also filed on behalf of
defendant no.5. WS filed on behalf of defendant no. 2, 3 and 5 cannot be taken on record as
beyond the period of 30 days has already been elapsed and no application for condonation
of delay in filing WS has been filed.
Defendant no. 6 seeks adjournment for filing reply/WS on behalf of defendant
no. 6. Defendant no. 6 is directed to file its reply/WS as per law of limitation.
Put up for filing replication to the WS of defendant no.1 and further
proceedings on 11.07.2023.
