Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff seeks an adjournment for filing
reply to the application filed by respondent no.6. Plaintiff is directed to
supply advance copy of the same to the defendant no.6 atleast 10 days
before the next date of hearing. This application shall be taken up for
hearing on the next date.
Today the matter is fixed for arguments on behalf of defendant
no.2 and 3 for application of condonation of delay, filed by the defendant
no. 2 and 3. Defendant no. 2 and 3 did not turn up despite repeated calls.
In the interest of justice, last and final opportunity granted to
the defendant no. 2 and 3 to advance arguments on application on the next
date.
