In terms of last Order, dated 21.03.2024, WS has been filed in the
present case on behalf of defendant No.1&2. Same is taken on record subject to
payment of costs of Rs.1500/ by defendants no.1&2 to the plaintiff on the NDOH.
Further, last and final opportunity is given to the defendant No.3 to
produce the statement of account qua the deductions in the loan account of the
plaintiff on the NDOH and to apprise the Court as to how much amount is yet to be
recovered from the plaintiff as well as the defendant No.1&2 on the NDOH along
with affidavit of AR of the defendant No.3.
Further, Counsel for plaintiff has apprised the Court that plaintiff has
expired on 24.03.2024. Accordingly, said fact is taken on record and Counsel for the
plaintiff is directed to take steps for impleadment of the LRs of the plaintiff as per
law by the NDOH.
Now, put up for taking seps by the Counsels for the parties on
29.07.2024.
