One more prayer sought by the defendant to restrain the plaintiff not to stop the Swiggy, Zomato or other delivery persons whenever they are coming to deliver domestic needful items as ordered by the defendant. Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff states that the plaintiff agrees to remove his almirah lying on the first floor of the suit property and also submits that the plaintiff has never stopped/restrained the delivery agents to come to the first floor of the suit property for delivering the domestic needful items and that in future also the plaintiff or anyone from the family of plaintiff would not stop/restrain the delivery persons to deliver the domestic needful items at the premises occupied by the defendant. -- 1 of 2 -- Ld.
