vice-principal Mrs. Divya.
Sh. Ashish Sharma, Ld. Counsel for defendant no. 4
appearing through V.C.
Ld. Counsel for defendant no. 3 submits that she will file
the V/N during the course of the day.
Ld. Counsel for defendant no. 3 submits that no
application has been received from the plaintiff for the change of date
of birth and father’s name. As none has appeared on behalf of the
plaintiff, it is unclear whether pursuant to previous order, separate
applications have been filed by the plaintiff for the aforesaid purpose
with defendant no. 3. Further, Ld. Counsel for defendants no.1 and 2
also submits that he is not aware as to whether said applications have
been filed.
Ld. Counsel for defendant no. 3 submits that she has to
proceed to Tis Hazari District Courts and therefore, she is not agreeable
for a pass over.

submits that he will file copy of both the applications to be filed with
the defendant’s school by the NDOH. He also submits that copy of the
said applications will also be supplied to Ld. Counsel for defendants
no.1 and 2. He is apprised of the NDOH.
