plaintiff.
None for defendant.
1. An application for substitution of AR alongwith
replication/rejoinder filed by plaintiff bank.
2. Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff bank submits that copy of
replication has already been supplied to the defendant.
3. The application for substitution of AR has been taken up
for consideration and disposal.
4. Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the previous AR,
Mrs. Parijat Krishna, has been transferred and in her place, Ms.
Deeksha Kapoor Khurrana, has come.
5. Considering the formal nature of the application, it stands
allowed.
6. Plaintiff is directed to file amended memo of parties.
7. From the pleadings of the parties and the material on
record, following issues are framed:
(i) Whether the plaintiff is entitled for recovery of sum of
Rs. 1,38,851.89/-? OPP
(ii) If yes, then at what rate of interest? OPP
(iii) Relief.
8. Plaintiff is directed to file evidence by way of affidavit in
lieu of examination-in-chief with advance copy to other side 15
days prior to the NDOH.
9. List the matter on 17.03.2026.
