OPP Issue no. 2: Whether the plaintiff is entitled for a decree of mesne profits/damages/occupational charges against the defendants (jointly or severely) amounting to Rs.54,000/- (Rs.18,000/- per month from 08.11.2025 to 07.02.2026) along with interest? OPP Issue No. 3: Whether the plaintiff is entitled for mesne profits/damages against the defendants @ Rs.1,000/- per day from the date of filing of present suit till the handing over of the physical possession of the suit property?
