Counsel for the plaintiff. Copy of identity card of proposed AR Ms. Neha Garg is filed by plaintiff. The application for substitution of AR of plaintiff is taken up for consideration. Heard. Perused and considered. It is averred in the application that the suit was filed by Ms. Reema Pathak, however, now she has been transferred and in her place Smt. Neha Garg has joined as the Branch Head. The application is accompanied by the requisite application and relevant documents showing that Ms. Neha Garg being AGM has authority to pursue the suit. Accordingly, the application is allowed to the effect that Ms. Neha Garg is substituted as AR in palce of earlier AR Ms. Reema Pathak. The new AR is directed to appear in person along with the KYC documents of defendant as well as with record showing the recovery efforts made by the bank prior to filing of the suit on NDOH i.e 18.10.2024.
