Submissions found to be in order. Time sought by Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff to go through the case file. Heard. Allowed. Further, it is also seen that application under O 7 R 11 CPC has also been filed by defendant no. 1 claiming that the plaint itself is liable to be rejected. In view of the above, both the applications as aforesaid shall be taken up for arguments on NDOH. Plaintiff has requested for a short date. Accordingly, re-list on 12.06.2025.
