As per record, notice of the petition stands duly served upon
respondent no.1 State by way of publication in newspaper Veer Arjun dated
12.03.2024. Report of publication is also available on record. Period of 30
days have not yet elapsed since the date of publication.
Report filed from the office of SDM, concerned. As per the
report, two applications for issuance of SMC has been filed on behalf of the
petitioner. However, due to discrepancies, both the applications were rejected
and presently no further application is pending for issuance of SMC.
Report has been received from Link Intime India Private Limited.
As per the report, 880 shares/securities in the name of deceased Sh. Raghubir
Singh Gupta has been transferred in IEPFA.
Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to take steps to summon
concerned witness from IEPFA for the next date.
Ld. counsel for Kfin Technologies Limited seeks some time to
produce the record alongwith relevant witness for the next date. Let the same
be filed by the next date.
