Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the parties
never approached the mediation cell. He further submits that he
seeks to withdraw the present suit with liberty to file a fresh
comprehensive suit before the court of competent jurisdiction.
Separate statement of the plaintiff has been recorded
to this effect.
In view of the submissions and statement given,
present matter is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a
fresh comprehensive suit before the court of competent
jurisdiction, if a cause of action arises. All pending applications,
if any, are also disposed off as infructuous.
