An application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner to file the
amended memo of parties to correct the name of respondent no.2 from Meenakshi
Bala to Meenakshi Singh alongwith amended memo of parties.
Ld counsel for respondent no.2 admits that the name of respondent
no.2 is Meenakshi Singh.
In view of the same, the application is allowed. Amended memo of
parties is taken on record.
Reply to the application of the respondent no. 2 under Order 8 Rule
1 CPC has been filed on behalf of petitioner. Copy supplied.

In view of the submissions made, the application under Order 8 Rule
1 CPC is allowed. WS filed by respondent no. 2 is taken on record.

Petitioner is directed to take steps for summoning of
witnesses/respondents for the next date. Petitioner is directed to take steps for
service to SDM concerned, if applied for, for bringing the report of surviving
member certificate of deceased on the next date of hearing.
Matter is passed over for appearance of SBI till 11:00 A.M.
