the warrants of attachment.
2. This is the third date on which the steps have not been
taken.
3. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the DH seeks to
withdraw the present execution with liberty to file it afresh
as and when the whereabouts of JD are traceable.
4. A separate statement of DH is recorded to this effect.
5. In view of his statement, the execution petition stands
disposed of as withdrawn. Liberty is reserved with the DH
to file a fresh execution as and when the whereabouts of
the JD are traceable, albeit in accordance with law.

affidavit to this effect at the time of filing of PF.

of the decree sheet has been filed on record.
2. Upon filing of PF within a week, warrants of
possession in respect of premises as shown in the site
plan and warrants of attachment qua the movable
properties of JD be issued. Bailiff is authorized to break
open the locks and the SHO concerned is directed to
provide assistance to the bailiff at the time of execution of
delivery warrants, if found necessary.
3. The DH shall appear before the Ld. ACJ, for
appointment of bailiff on 17.03.2026. The warrants of
attachment shall be returnable on 08.04.2026.
4. DH is directed to ensure that there is no stay against
