sheet in the present case has already been filed before the Ld. Court concerned
having jurisdiction over the matters pertaining to PS Shakarpur. The matter
pertaining to road accident and negligent driving as well as the allegations
regarding non return of the scooter of the complainant had been mentioned in the
FIR.
Heard. Record perused.
In view of the fact that charge-sheet has already been filed, nothing
further remains to be done in the present application. Complainant is at liberty to
file protest petition in case he is not satisfied with the investigation carried out by
the IO.
Present application u/s 175(3) BNSS as well as complaint u/s 223
BNSS stand disposed of as charge-sheet has already been filed.
