Fresh application u/s 175(3) BNSS. It be checked and registered as per
rules.
Present: Sh. Raghav Narayan, Ld. Counsel for the applicant through VC.
Submission heard. Record perused.
Notice be issued to the SHO concerned with direction to file a
status report/ action taken report in terms of section 175(1)/175(3) BNSS
stating and answering the following questions serial wise:-
1. Whether any complaint had been made by the complainant in the
police station concerned or received from the concerned office of DCP or via
e-mail/post?
2. If yes, whether any action has been taken by the police on the said
complaint? The action taken be provided in detail by the inquiry officer/ IO.
3. Whether any cause of action/offence(s) or any part of the cause of
action or any part of the offence(s) took place within the territorial limits of
this PS? In case, the answer is in the negative, whether any Zero FIR was
registered and whether the FIR or complaint was sent to concerned PS?
4. Whether the complaint received at the PS discloses commission of any
cognizable offence(s)? If yes, whether FIR was registered and action/inquiry
conducted as per the directions/ guidelines of the Hon'ble Supreme Court
in Lalita Kumari Vs Govt. of UP (2014) 2SCC1?
5. Whether any action(as above) taken by the police on the complaint
informed to the complainant?
IO shall also obtain the data from Rediffmail India Ltd. as mentioned
below.

a. The date and timing of change of password of email :
beenu.prakash@ccucare.com from 17.07.2025 to 23.07.2025.
b. The IP addresses and location (if any) of the computer systems from
where the password of email beenu.prakash@ccucare.com was changed
between 17.07.2025 to 23.07.2025.
c. The IP addresses and location (if any) of the computer systems from
where the email beenu.prakash@ccucare.com was accessed between
17.07.2025 to 23.07.2025.
d. The list of data transferred from beenu.prakash@ccucare.com to
beenu.prakash@ccucare.com or any other email, between from 17.07.2025 to
23.07.2025.
e. To secure and preserve the other data showing who, when, from where
and what data was transferred from email beenu.prakash@ccucare.com from
25.09.2023 to 23.07.2025.
Complainant is directed to supply the copy of complaint to Court
Official/ Naib court concerned for handing over the same to SHO.
Put up for filing of report and consideration of the same on 09.01.2026.
Copy of this order be sent with the notice.
