Stage : Matter is at the stage of formal bail, framing of notice, admission denial and
consideration on the application under Section 145(2) of NI Act.
Proceedings :
• Today the accused has appeared with the Ld. Counsel on service of summons and
vakalatnama on behalf of the accused is filed and taken on record.
• On the oral application for bail of the accused, the accused is granted bail, as the
offence is bailable in nature.
• The accused is granted bail subject to furnishing of bail bonds in the sum of
Rs.30,000/- with one surety of like amount.
• Personal Bail bonds to be filed today and surety bonds to be furnished on the next
date.
• Copy of the complaint book is supplied by the complainant to the ld. Counsel for
the accused today itself.
• Adjournment sought on behalf of the accused on ground that he is not prepared to
frame the notice today, heard, allowed subject to cost of Rs.1500/- is imposed
upon the accused to be paid by the accused to the complainant on the next date.
Order :
• Let the matter be listed for framing of notice, admission denial and consideration
on the application under Section 145(2) of NI Act.
• The accused is directed to supply the advance copy of the application under
Section 145(2) NI Act to the other side for the purpose of consideration.
• Let the matter be listed for 10.07.2026.
