Application for release of vehicle no.DL-5SBA-1501 (Activa) on superdari filed on
behalf of applicant Swaran Singh.
Present: Ld. Substitute APP for State.

Reply to the superdari filed. Same is taken on record.
Submissions have been heard. Case file perused.
In the present application, the applicant is seeking release of the
vehicle bearing no. DL-5SBA-1501 (Activa) on superdari. As per the reply filed by
the IO, there is no objection if the vehicle is released to the lawful owner. No
purpose would be served keeping the vehicle in P.S. Malkhana during the trial.
Therefore, on consideration, vehicle no. DL-5SBA-1501 (Activa) is released on
superdari to the lawful owner subject to the following conditions:-
(1) That the lawful owner shall furnish a security bond to the satisfaction of
concerned SHO;
(2) The I.O. shall prepare a detailed punchnama mentioning specific details of
the vehicle including its colour, engine number and chassis number;
(3) The I.O. shall take coloured photographs of the said vehicle from different
angles for proper identification of the same;
(4) The photographs shall be attested and counter signed by the complainant,
lawful owner and accused; and
(5) The I.O. shall file the punchnama with a print-out of the photographs and a
soft copy of the photographs in a pendrive/flashdrive and file it in compliance of
provisions of the BSA, 2023.
Application is accordingly disposed of and it be tagged with
chargesheet as & when filed. Dasti
