As per the status report, the enquiry of the present case has been
transferred to EOW as the amount of alleged cheating is exceeding Rs.3
crores.
Ld. counsel for complainant submits that the present complaint
has been filed only for sum of Rs.1.54 crores, the details of which have been
duly explained to the IO.
IO submits that by the time complainant had explained that the
present complaint has been filed by him only qua alleged cheating of Rs.1.54
crores, the complaint had already been transferred to the EOW.
Heard. Record perused.
Let ATR be filed by the IO on the NDOH specifically
mentioning the details of the amount of alleged cheating.
Issue notice to DCP (EOW) to file ATR, returnable for NDOH.
Copy of complaint be annexed along with the notice to DCP (EOW).
Put up for filing ATR on 02.07.2026.
