• The respondent has filed detailed application reply seeking denial of cognizance
on the complaint of the complainant. Copy supplied.
• Adjournment sought on behalf of the respondent on ground that the main
counsel is busy in another court today, heard, allowed subject to cost of
Rs.3000/- is imposed upon the respondent to be paid by the respondent to the
complainant on the next date.
Order :
• Opportunity is granted to the respondent to make the submissions for the pre-
cognizance hearing under Section 223(2) BNSS, failing which matter will be
proceeded with the requirement of the respondent, assuming that the respondent
does not want to make any submission. Copy of the complainant supplied.
• Let the matter be listed for pre-cognizance hearing, formal bail, framing of
notice, admission denial and consideration on the application under Section
145(2) of NI Act.
• The accused is directed to supply the advance copy of the application under
Section 145(2) NI Act to the other side for the purpose of consideration.
• Let the matter be listed on 06.11.2025.
