• Opportunity is granted to the respondent to make the submissions for the
pre-cognizance hearing under Section 223(2) BNSS, failing which matter
will be proceeded with the requirement of the respondent, assuming that
the respondent does not want to make any submission. Copy of the
complainant supplied.
• Let the matter be listed for pre-cognizance hearing, formal bail, framing of
notice, admission denial and consideration on the application under
Section 145(2) of NI Act.
• The accused is directed to supply the advance copy of the application
under Section 145(2) NI Act to the other side for the purpose of
consideration.
• Let the matter be listed on 22.12.2025.
