Upon perusal of case file it is revealed that fresh vakalatnama filed on behalf
of the accused already on record.
As accused has engaged the private counsel in the present case, in view of
same, Ms. Prerna Singh, Ld. LAC discharged in the present case.
Ld Counsel for accused submits that accused has received the complete set
of chargesheet.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submit that she does not want to argue on the
point of charge.
Accused also conceded to the charge.
Record perused.
Prima-facie, a case is made out against the accused.
Accordingly, charge has been framed against accused for the offence
punishable u/s. 25 Arms Act, to which, accused has pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
Statement of accused u/s 330 BNSS recorded. According to which accused
has not disputed the genuineness of registration of FIR, endorsement on rukka, certificate
u/s 63C BSA, DD no. 95A and DD no. 98A without admitting the contents therein. In view
of same, Ct. Umesh and DO SI Krishan Kumar are dropped from list of witness.
Issue summons to the complainant and MHCM for NDOH.
Put up for PE on 17.10.2026.
