Fresh complaint case is received by way of assignment. It be checked
and registered as per rules.
Present: Ld. counsel for the complainant.
The complaint has been filed along-with an application u/s
156 (3) CrPC for directing the SHO concerned to lodge the FIR and to
investigate the matter.
Accordingly, for decision on the application u/s 156 (3) CrPC,
let ATR be called from the SHO concerned in the following respects;
1.Whether any complaint has been made by the complainant in the police
station.
2.If yes, whether any action has been taken on the said complaint.
3.Whether any investigation or inquiry has been conducted in this regard
and if yes, then what is the status of the investigation/inquiry.
4.If any cognizable offence is made out, whether any FIR has been
registered or not.
5. If yes, the copy of FIR be filed along-with the ATR.
Let the ATR be filed on 14.10.2025.
Copy of the complaint alongwith copy of order be sent to the
SHO of concerned police station.
