• Today the accused has appeared with the Ld. Counsel on service of
summons and vakalatnama on behalf of the accused is filed and taken on
record.
• Previous cost is now waived as requested by the accused.
• On the oral application for bail of the accused, the accused is granted bail, as
the offence is bailable in nature.
• The accused is granted bail subject to furnishing of bail bonds in the sum of
Rs.30,000/- with one surety of like amount.
• Personal bond furnished, considered and accepted till the next date.

• Let the matter be listed for framing of notice, admission denial and
consideration on the application under Section 145(2) of NI Act.
• The accused is directed to supply the advance copy of the application under
Section 145(2) NI Act to the other side for the purpose of consideration.
