Accused in person with Ld. Counsel Sh. Ravi Kumar.
Ld Counsel for accused submits that accused has received the
complete set of chargesheet.
Ld. Counsel for the accused submit that he does not want to argue on
the point of charge.
Accused also conceded to the charge.
Record perused.
Prima-facie, a case is made out against the accused.
Accordingly, charge has been framed against accused for the offence
punishable u/s. 33 Delhi Excise Act , to which, accused has pleaded not guilty and
claimed trial.
Statement of accused u/s 294 CrPC recorded. Accused has not
disputed the genuineness and correctness of registration of copy of FIR, certificate
u/s 63 BSA, DD no. 77 A and chemical examination report without admitting the
contents therein. In view of same, DO PW ASI Narender Kumar and chemical
examiners Sh. Sunil Kr. Singh and Sh. Rajesh Joshi are dropped from list of witness.
Issue summons to the complainant and MHCM for NDOH.
Put up for PE on 07.08.2026.
