Present: Sh. S.S Gulati, and Sh. Gurpreet Singh Gulati, Ld. counsel for
the complainant.
None for the respondent.
Issue notice to the respondent under Section 223(1) BNSS
2023, alongwith the copy of the complaint and documents, subject to filing
PF/RC within 15 days from today. notice be sent for service through all
permissible modes including electronic modes (format of BNSS Notice
and Service Affidavit is available in the foot-note of the ordersheet.
Scan the same with the Camera, fill the details, take four printouts and
file the same with the PF in the Court).
Dasti notice be also given to the complainant for service
through physical, Post or WhatsApp alongwith screen shot and affidavit of
service of the notice, application and the complaint upon the respondent.
In case, the accused has not appeared despite service of the
notice, it will be deemed that the accused does not want to be heard on the
issue of cognizance in the present case, and matter will proceed in his
absence on the issue of cognizance.
