Application for releasing amount of Rs.8,000/- on superdari filed on behalf of
applicant/ owner namely Manoj Kumar Sharma @ M. K. Sharma.

Reply to the superdari filed by IO. Copy supplied.
In the present application, the applicant is seeking release of
Rs.8,000/- (Rupees Eight Thousand only) on superdari. As per reply filed by
the I.O, he has no objection if the said money is released to its rightful owner
on superdari.
Submissions have been heard. Case file perused.
On consideration, the aforesaid currency notes of Rs.8,000/-
(Rupees Eight Thousand only) be released to the rightful owner subject to the
following conditions: -
(a) Currency notes be released to the rightful owner only subject to
furnishing security bond/ indemnity bond to the satisfaction of the
concerned SHO/IO.
(b) The I.O. shall prepare a detailed punchnama of the currency notes with
their numbers or denomination etc.;
(c) The I.O. shall take coloured photographs of the said currency notes and
take a legible print or legible photocopy of all the currency notes with
their denominations and numbers;
(d) All the photographs of the currency notes shall be attested and counter
signed by the rightful owner and accused and submitted alongwith the
charge-sheet; and
(e) The I.O. shall file the punchnama with a print-out of the photographs

and a copy of the same in a pendrive/flashdrive and file it in
compliance of provisions of the BSA.
Application stands disposed of accordingly and be tagged with
charge sheet as & when the same is filed. Dasti.
