Stage : The matter is at the stage for pre-cognizance hearing, formal bail,
framing of notice, admission denial and consideration on the application
under Section 145(2) of NI Act.
Proceedings :
• Since the cheque amount is Rs.50,000/- or below, and there is no
other cheque in the present matter, therefore, as per the directions of
Hon’ble High Court of Delhi vide letter dated 31.10.2025 and
subsquent letter dated 01.11.2025 of Ld. PDJ, East, Delhi, the
directions has been received to transfer the matters having cheque
amount Rs.50,000/- or below to the Evening Court no. 4, East, Delhi
for the disposal immediately.
• Hence, no order is being passed today.
Order :
• Hence, the Ahlmad is directed to sent the entire file to the
Evening Court no. 4, East, Delhi for disposal as per law.
• The complainant is directed to appear in the Evening Court no.
4, East, Delhi, which is currently being held in the Court no. G-4,
New Building, KKD, Delhi, between 5 PM to 7 PM.
• The next date for the matter is now is 11.02.2026.
