Present: Sh. Surendra, Ld. counsel for the complainant.
None for the accused.
Stage : Matter is at the stage of compelling the appearance of accused the accused(s) person(s),
compliance is required on the part of complainant.
Proceedings : Bailable warrants report issued for arrest of the accused persons no. no. 3 Rituja
Prasad Gupte is received back executed with one surety Prasad Vijay Gupte. The accused no.3
is absent and they are, therefore forfeited.
• Accused no. 1 & 2 are also absent, and have failed to furnish the personal bonds and
surety bonds in terms of previous order and therefore, arrest of the all three persons
required to proceed with the trial.
Order : Therefore, it appears that accused 1, 2 & 3 are deliberately avoiding the process
compelling his appearance in the court, and to secure the presence of the accused persons, their
arrest is required and non bailable warrants for the same are required to be issued.
• Hence, Issue NON-BAILABLE WARRANTS against the accused on filing of PF
within 07 days from today for next date.
• Since the matter is Adjourned due to absence of accused, cost of Rs.5000/- is imposed
upon the accused to be paid by the accused to the complainant on the next date.
• Be put up on 11.05.2026.

and apprised of the next date of hearing and order.
Fresh Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of accused no. 3 Sh. Rutuja Prasad

complaint book be supplied by the complainant to the counsel.
The warrants on the accused persons are stayed till next date.
Bail bonds are filed on behalf of accused no. 1, 2 & 3 and surety bonds to be
filed on the next date. Be put up on date already fixed. Accused persons to appear physically.
