IO HC Anuj is present.
The matter is listed for consideration on application for monitoring
of investigation.
IO submits that FIR bearing No. 112/2026, PS PIA was registered
u/s 329(4)/305(a)/3(5) BNS.
Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that pendrive wherein the
complainant could be seen beaten by the accused persons. However, no Section
has been added in the said FIR for simple hurt. On enquiry, IO submits that
complainant has herself given the statement that she does not want any action
against the accused persons.
Complainant submits that she was threatened by the IO to give the
said statement and MLC was not conducted on the ground that she would be put
in lockup throughout the night.
1. Issue court notice to the SHO concerned to appear in person on
NDOH along with explanation as to why no MLC was conducted
and relevant Sections were not added despite the presence of
CCTV footage.
