Submissions heard.
Issue court notice to SHO / IO to appear in person on the NDOH and to file
point wise status report on the following points:-
1. Whether any complaint has been made/received by the complainant in the
police station.
2. Whether any complaint has been made/received by the complainant in Office
of DCP concerned.
3. If yes, whether any action has been taken on the complaint.
4. Whether as a result of investigation/inquiry, any cognizable offence has been
made out against the accused person and whether any action has been taken by the police.
5. If yes, whether any FIR has been registered and status of investigation.
6. If no cognizable offence has been made out, whether the complainant has
been informed accordingly.
Copy of order be sent to SHO concerned along with copy of the application
with a direction to file report with respect to the action taken on the complaint received
prior to the complainant approaching this court. Reply should be in point wise manner
addressing each query of the court as raised above.
