Accused no.3 via VC.
Ld. Counsel for accused has submitted that he has not received the copy
of complaint and documents.
Copy of complaint and documents have been supplied in court today.
It is pertinent to note that while item no.24 was going on accused no.2 in
the present matter has switched on his video and could be seen eating. Despite a
warning to switch off his video or leave the proceeding, Shailender Dixit did not pay
any heed to the court’s warning. It is not the case that accused no.2 is an illiterate
person that he can be given the benefit of doubt of disrupting the sanctity of court
room proceedings. He is rather a director of a company and is well aware of court
room decorum. Considering his conduct today a cost of Rs.5,000/- is imposed upon
accused no.2 to be deposited in DLSA/East, KKD before the NDOH.
Both the accused persons are directed to appear physically on NDOH for
framing of notice.
