Accused no.2 & 3 via VC.
Matter is listed for framing of notice and is pending at the same stage
since 19.02.2026. Till date, niether bail bonds have been furnished by the accused nor
they have appeared in court physically for framing of notice.
On the LDOH, accused no.2 had violated court room decorum because
of which even cost was imposed upon him. This cost has also not been paid by him.
Further, he is not present in the court on the ground that he could not return in time
from Jodhpur.
It is evident from the conduct of both the accused persons that they have
utter disregard for the court as they have not furnished bail bonds, appeared in court
physically or deposited costs.
A further cost of Rs.2,000/- is imposed upon both the accused persons to
be paid to the complainant.
Further, vide this order it is clarified that this is the last and final
opportunity for the accused persons to remain physically present in this court and
ensure compliance of the order of the court in totality failing which warrants of arrest
shall be issued forthwith.
Accordingly, put up for framing of notice on 14.09.2026.
Shortest possible date has been given considering the court docket and
that the court is functioning with only one stenographer.
