Accused with Ld. Counsel Sh. Affan Anis (9911049900).
Stage : Matter is at the stage of formal bail, framing of notice, admission denial
and consideration on the application under Section 145(2) of NI Act.
Proceedings :
• Today the accused has appeared with the Ld. Counsel on issuance of B/Ws
and vakalatnama on behalf of the accused is filed and taken on record.
• Cost of Rs.1000/- has been paid towards the cancellation of Warrants.
• On the oral application for bail of the accused, the accused is granted bail, as
the offence is bailable in nature.
• The accused is granted bail subject to furnishing of bail bonds in the sum of
Rs.20,000/- with one surety of like amount.
• Personal Bail bonds to be filed today and surety bonds to be furnished on
the next date.

• Let the matter be listed for framing of notice, admission denial and
consideration on the application under Section 145(2) of NI Act.
• The accused is directed to supply the advance copy of the application under
Section 145(2) NI Act to the other side for the purpose of consideration.
• Let the matter be listed for 24.07.2026.
