Matter is at the stage of consideration.
Fresh Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of proposed accused persons. Taken
on record.
Oral exemption is sought on behalf of proposed accused Ankit Vohra. Same is
allowed for today only
Ld. counsel for proposed accused acknowledges the receipt of copy of
complaint alongwith documents.
Ld. Counsel for proposed accused is directed to ensure presence of the proposed
accused Ankit Vohra on NDOH.
An application for summoning the original record (cheques, return memo etc.)
has also been moved and is pending for consideration.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
In view of the submissions and averments made in the application, the
application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
Issue summons to the concerned witness mentioned in the appliccation
upon PF (within 15 days) and details of the record to be summoned to be executed
returnable on NDOH.
