Present: Complainant in person alongwith Ld. counsel, Sh. Inderjeet Sing.
None for the accused.
Notice issued to the surety of the accused persons received back
executed. However, none has etnered appearance on behalf of surities.
In view of the same, issue BW against the surities in the sum of Rs.
5,000/- to be executed through SHO PS concerned, returnable on NDOH.
Ld. counsel for the complainant has submitted that he has traced the new
address of the accused persons and he will file within two days.
Issue fresh NBW against accused no.1 and 2 upon furnishing of new
address to be executed through DCP concerned, returnable on NDOH.
It is made clear that no application for cancellation of NBW shall be
entertained without proof of at least 5 days advance notice to opposite side.
In case of non-execution of NBW, process sever is directed to appear
physically before the court on NDOH.
