Present: Complainant in person alongwith Ld. counsel.
Mother of accused in person alongwith Ld. counsel.
Matter is listed for verification of payment.
Ld. counsel for the complainant has submitted that despite undertaking,
the payment of Rs.1 lakh has not been made by the accused persons.
In view of the same, considering the conduct of the accused persons in not adhering
to the mediation settlement has can be seen from order dated 21.01.2026 and
16.02.2026, the matter now shall proceed as per Section 421 of CR.P.C.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to furnish list of assets for
issuance of warrants of attachment by NDOH.
Ld. counsel for the accused has sought for one more opportunity for
producing receipt of cost of Rs.8000/- deposited in National Defence Fund.
Accordingly, he is granted one more opportunity to do the same.
Ld. counsel for the accused persons has sought for an oral exemption on behalf of
accused persons, however, no plausible ground has been cited for exemption.
In view of the same, the exemption stand disallowed.
Issue BW against the accused persons in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- eacg to
be executed through SHO PS concerned for NDOH.
No report on verification of address of accused no. 2 has been filed by
the SHO concerned.
Let a fresh report be called from the SHO concerned as regards the
verification of address of accused no.2, returnable on NDOH.
Relist for 09.06.2026.
