accused.

BWs issued against accused no.2 & 3 received back executed.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to supply a copy of complaint
alongwith relevant documents to Ld. counsel for accused.
Since the offence u/s. 138 NI Act is bailable in nature, the accused no.2
& 3 is hereby released on bail on furnishing of personal bond in the sum of
Rs.20,000/- with one surety of like amount and subject also to the condition that the
accused shall intimate the court of any change in address either of the accused or that
of the surety. Personal Bail Bonds furnished. However, surety bond has not been
furnished. Personal Bail Bonds stand accepted till the NDOH.
Accused is directed to furnish the surety bond by NDOH.
Put up for framing of notice on 06.06.2026.
