direction the Ahlmad has failed to give the complete peshi of the cause list
today. No Parcha is also filed by the Ahlmad.
It appears that Ahlmad does not understand the written
directions and results in loss of judicial time only for purpose of
ascertaining the record.
The Ahlmad directed to traceout the file, and file the written
explanation as to why the departmental enquiry shall not initiated against
him for gross insubordination, misplacing the judicial and not doing the
official work in time and as per the directions.
Dasti copy of this order be given to the Ahlmad for compliance
and copy of the same be also placed in the personal file of the official for
purpose of ACR grading.
