Present: Sh. Rakesh Kumar, Ld. Counsel for complainant. AR of complainant is absent. None for accused no. 1. Accused no. 2 is a proprietorship firm of which accused no. 1 is proprietor. Matter is at the stage of appearance of accused, bail and further proceedings. Summons issued to the accused have been received back unserved without a report. However, as per report on summons received in connected matter no. 3591/2023, the address of the accused could not be traced. Ld. Counsel for complainant has filed original postal receipts and tracking reports alongwith affidavit with respect to service of summons upon accused. Taken on record. As per the reports, accused has been duly served in the present case. Despite repeated calls, there is no appearance on behalf of accused. Issue BW against the accused for NDOH in the sum of Rs. 10,000/ with one surety in the like amount. Steps for filing PF be taken within two weeks from today. Put up for purpose fixed on 28.05.2025.
