that, none has appeared on behalf of concerned bank.
Issue fresh court notice to the concerned bank witness of the complainant
as well as of proposed accused to bring the record of the cheque in question
alongwith the return memo for NDOH upon filing PF with requisite details of the
account of the complainant ie., the account no. of the complainant as well as the
proposed accused.
Copy of cheque in question & return memo be attached with the court
notice.

Accordingly, complainant is directed to provide the same to the
concerned bank witness before NDOH.
