Manpreet Singh @ Sunny Page No.1 of 2 FIR No.80005711/2026 PS: Preet Vihar -- 1 of 2 -- Considering the facts & circumstances of the case coupled with the fact that the allegations are serious & grave in nature, investigation is at nascent stage; there is flight risk if accused is granted bail, recovery of case property is yet to be effected and considering the fact that bail is a rule and jail is an exception, however, the larger public interest outweighs the personal liberty of the applicant/ accused, this court does not deem it fit to grant bail to the accused at this stage as it would adversely hamper the investigation. Accordingly, bail application of accused Manpreet Singh @ Sunny is dismissed. Bail application stands disposed of accordingly. Nothing expressed herein above shall have bearing in the final merits of the case. Copy of order be sent to Jail Superintendent concerned through e-mail as well as dispatch rider. Copy dasti.
